We are seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to provide PRN home health visits in Riverview, Brandon, and surrounding communities! Why Join Uplift HomeCare? up to $60 per visit $250 Sign-On Bonus Flexible PRN scheduling Build a schedule around your availability One-on-one patient care in the home Supportive and responsive clinical team Independence and autonomy in the field Meaningful, patient-centered work Variety of patient assignments Opportunity for additional visits based on patient needs and availability What You'll Do As a Home Health COTA, you will: Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders Help patients improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, coordination, strength, and independence Provide therapeutic activities and exercises according to the patient's plan of care Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, adaptive techniques, home safety, and fall prevention Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising OT and clinical team Participate in coordination of care with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life in the home environment What You Need Active Florida COTA/OTA license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current NBCOT certification or eligibility, as applicable Minimum 1 year of home health experience required Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance AHCA Level II Background Screening Compensation & Schedule Pay: up to $60 per visit Sign-On Bonus: $250 Employment Type: PRN Location: Riverview, Brandon and surrounding areas Schedule: Flexible We understand that healthcare professionals value flexibility.
