About Us:
We are a community-focused retail pharmacy located in a medical plaza in Rosemead, CA dedicated to providing exceptional service and care to our customers. We are seeking a friendly and qualified Vietnamese-speaking Pharmacy Technician to join our team to help us better serve our diverse customer base.
This position entails customer interaction. We are looking for someone who is very comfortable providing high quality customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions
- Translate and communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking patients
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail pharmacy experience is a plus but not required

Hours of Operation:
- Mon-Fri 9:30-6
- Thurs, Sat 9:30-2
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
