- Assignment Start & End date -ASAP to 3/30/2023
- Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 40 hours
- Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital Monday-Friday
- Number of patients seen per day in hospital 1 to 10 on average
- Call Night /Weekend - 1 weeknight each week, weekend call rotates every 4th and 5th weekend
- What are the days for Call- 1 weeknight each week, weekend call rotates every 4th and 5th weekend
- Call will be for assigned, unassigned, or both assigned and unassigned patients Assigned
- Call response time required? (15 min? 20 min?) 30 minutes
- Average Phone consults while on call 0
- Average admissions while on call- 1 to 5
- Average patients seen while on call- 1 to 5
