Registered Nurse (RN) - ED - Emergency Department - $34-73 per hour

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Emergency Department (ED) position in Fayville, Massachusetts. Job Overview Specialty: ED – Emergency Department Discipline: RN Employment Type: Staff Duration: Ongoing Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 12 hours Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on eligibility) Responsibilities Provide direct clinical patient care. Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per‑shift and unit level. Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care. Support the CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Ensure competency of clinical staff and proper resource management related to patient care. Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process. Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and infection control to discharge patients optimally. Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime. Perform all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed during emergencies or disasters. Know the Hospital’s emergency codes and follow House policies for each code. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed, registered, and/or certified to practice as required by law and state regulation. CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
