Chiropractic Assistant

: About this position We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic hard worker to act as our first point of contact with our company and a chiropractic assistant who can assist with helping our patients feel better faster to join our team! Essential Functions for Front Office: Shall be responsible for answering phones, email communications, etc. Greet and check in all patients entering the facility, and directs them to the correct destination. Focus on developing strong relationships with patients to create a lasting and personable environment within the office walls. Order entry-receives and processes orders. Checks and confirms all records are ready before sent to attorneys or insurance companies. Committed to providing excellent customer service and support to all existing and new patients. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Monitor and maintain office equipment. Basic computer skills, including email use and using the companies google sheets system. Exceptional phone and customer service skills. Disciplined personal organization and excellent time management skills. Effectively participate as part of a team Essential Functions for Back Office:

Assists the doctor with applying treatments to patients Properly explain the different treatment we offer Assists with showing patient exercises and rehab Responsible for asking patients pain level Exceptional phone and customer service skills. Basic computer skills Education/Experience/Skills

High School diploma, G.E.D. or trade school equivalent. 1-2 years experience in Administrative and Receptionist actives.
