Role is On-site Job Description: Fragrance Evaluator Work with perfumery, evaluation team, library manager and marketing to develop, create, and validate fragrances with clear understanding of the clients’ needs, preferences, and requirements, to drive business.Keeping abreast of market trends and analyzing gaps in customers’ product lines, Evaluators will communicate client needs to the perfumery team. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing briefs relating to category/country/region/customer. Contribute to win ratio by selecting suitable fragrances to meet client needs regarding olfactive quality, performance, price, and application. Interact with sales to ensure appropriate information is communicated from the client to the development team. Collaborate with marketing team members for trend presentations, client presentations, and collection presentations. Communicate effectively with perfumery to develop fragrances. Participate in proactive development projects. Attend client visits with other team members as needed to present fragrances, trends and concepts. Professional Requirements: 5 years of functional/technical/evaluation experience in fragrance industry. Verbal and written command of English is a requirement. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Must exhibit knowledge and passion for fragrance and have excellent communication skills. Ability to manage projects with firm deadlines. About French Color & Fragrance Co.
