Personal Banker – Utah First Credit Union – Provo, UT We are seeking a full‑time Personal Banker for our Provo, UT branch. The role focuses on providing exceptional service and improving customers’ financial lives through cross‑selling products, services, and producing loans. The schedule is within branch hours: Monday‑Friday 8 AM–7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM–1 PM. Day in the Role Generate consumer loans, build lasting customer relationships, open new accounts, process loan applications, and disburse loans. Cross‑sell credit‑union products and services to meet customer needs and improve financial well‑being. Meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals each month. Handle transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances. Serve customers in person and over the phone. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years old or older. Customer service and financial services experience, including consumer lending and cash handling. Demonstrated accuracy, respect, tactfulness, attention to detail, ambition, teamwork, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
