Responsibilities: Develop and implement activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents, including social, recreational, and therapeutic programs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address the unique needs of each resident Recruit and supervise activity staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure the effective delivery of programs Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation and program effectiveness Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality and resident satisfaction Develop and manage budgets for activity programs and supplies About the Role: As an Activity Director, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents.
