We have an opportunity for an Immediate Care Advanced Practice Clinician at our Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic in Toppenish, WA.

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• An Advanced Practice Clinician interested in same-day acute care without holding a patient panel
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.

What This Role Looks Like

• Provide same day care for patients
• Address acute and urgent concerns while maintaining high-quality, family centered care
• Support access goals by reducing emergency department utilization and improving timely care
• Practice within a team based, mission driven environment with strong operational support

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k- $155k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
