Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is seeking energetic and motivated experienced and new to the industry sales consultants. If you have experience in automotive sales and are a result-driven team player, who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. If you are a people person, that's motivated to succeed, with experience in retail sales, hospitality, or food/beverage and have a strong interest in automotive sales, this is an opportunity for you to turn your proven track record of excellent customer service into profits. Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
• Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers
• Participate in appraising trade-ins and take initiative in deal structure and customer solutions
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing

Requirements

• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing people person passionate about sales and helping clientele
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Annual earning potential $60,000-$100,000+
• Bi-weekly base salary plus monthly commission (flats up to $875 per vehicle or percentage of gross profit up to $1000 per vehicle)
