PM) is to assist with managing all project aspects, including the responsibilities and tasks outlined below. Additional responsibilities include:Mentoring and coaching Project EngineersManaging projects or portions of projects with oversight of senior staffFostering and building relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors and suppliersQUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree2+ years of related experience, including experience with self-perform capabilitiesDemonstrated experience building strong partnerships and trust with external partners, including owners, owner’s representatives, design firms, and subcontractorsPreferred:Estimating and field experienceScheduling experience preferredSkills:Strong collaboration and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to function as an in regional office with periodic regional travel.
