Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our client-centered facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. In this field-based role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, and respond to urgent repair needs with minimal disruption to care. You’ll inspect facilities, complete work orders, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety and compliance standards, directly supporting vulnerable individuals and families in a mission-driven, trauma-informed environment.
