CNC Machinist C - 4th Shift (Weekend/Weekday)

EPTAM Precision Plastics is looking for a CNC Machinist C - 4th Shift (Weekend/Weekday) to join our team in Northfield, NH. This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

Shift schedule

4th Shift - Two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with two 8-Hour shifts on varied weekdays

Compensation

Total Weekend-Shift Pay: $21.60$26.40 per hour

Includes base pay of $18.00$22.00 per hour plus a 20% weekend-shift differentia

• Use of some judgment to follow instructions with little or no choice to the procedures.
• Make suggestions with regard to tooling, fixtures, etc. to increase efficiency and provide ideas to improve operations.
• Load/feed machine as required to produce finished product.
• Keep count of parts and maintain records.
• Perform in-process inspection for dimensions of produced parts and maintain documentation as required.
• Follow specifications and procedures for manufacturing, i.e., process sheets, work orders and any other special instructions.
• Work on various types of equipment as assigned.
• Proper handling of all material, parts and equipment to prevent damage and loss of finished product.
• Employee must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instruction. Can get along with co-workers or peers and respond appropriately to feedback from a supervisor in a professional manner.

Other Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying quality problems in materials.
• Properly utilize evacuation system to minimize exposure to hazards.
• Provide accurate and complete turnover from shift to shift.
• Good housekeeping and safe working habits.

Education and Experience:

• Education: High School diploma, general education degree (GED) and/or trade school graduate preferred.
• Experience: 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment, operating manual and/or CNC equipment, equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted OR demonstrated ability to execute the Essential Functions for this position. Internships and PT experience acceptable.
