Location: Saginaw, MI Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Pay Per Visit (PPV) — rates based on visit type and home health experience About the Role A well-established home health and hospice organization is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join its care team across multiple territories in Pennsylvania and Michigan. This is a full‑time, community‑based role for PTs who enjoy working independently, building relationships with patients in their homes, and being part of a collaborative clinical team that genuinely cares about outcomes.
