Nurse Manager Opportunity

Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is actively hiring an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, promoting exceptional patient care, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all standards.

The Nurse Manager will:

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
• Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor staffing levels and support efficient resource utilization.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance enhancement activities.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff while supporting professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri (or eligible for licensure).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
