Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:Work under direct supervision and prepare annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements as requiredDraft financial statement footnote disclosure as required by the financial reporting standards of the fundPrepare financial highlight disclosures, including calculations of total returns, preparation of per share tables, expense ratio analysis, etc.Perform analysis of the financial statements to verify accuracy to accounting recordsMaintain audit support schedules during the yearCompile and advise on monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports such as Form PF, Form SLT, and othersContribute to strong regulatory reporting relationships through interactions with internal parties, client, regulators (SEC), and audit firm personnelObtain working knowledge of the CFS proprietary systemsMaintain effective contact/communication within members of the office and other CFS offices at various levels in the organizationBegin to build external client contacts, when necessary, and be regularly available and responsive to their interpersonal and business needsSuggest methods and procedures for new work assignments and review with supervisor for input or approvalAbility to work overtime when necessaryQualificationsAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a minimum of 9 accounting creditsRelevant accounting internship experience in either an Audit Firm, Hedge Fund, Hedge desirableExperience working in a Fund Administrator, Mutual Fund, or other financial institution where you have gained financial products knowledge is desirablePrevious financial statement preparation experience desirableGood communication skills essentialWorking knowledge of Excel and Word essentialOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
