Quality Assurance Specialist

Our client, a leading healthcare technology and medical devices organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Quality, Training, and Operations Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform Quality Assurance evaluations using MS Forms and established quality standards.

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions, processes, and deliverables for compliance and quality.

• Track, maintain, and report QA metrics and performance results.

• Provide feedback and coaching to support employee performance improvements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and prepare quality reports for leadership.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance, auditing, or related experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 Outlook.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience evaluating data, processes, customer interactions, or quality metrics.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
