You will collaborate directly with customers, suppliers, project partners, and internal teams to help deliver successful projects and exceptional customer experiences. Position Overview Amos Manufacturing is seeking a Project Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results. This position plays a key role in supporting customer projects from order placement through installation and startup while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers, distributors, integrators, and internal team members. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate customer projects from order receipt through completion and startup. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, distributors, and integration partners. Manage purchasing activities, scheduling, logistics, and project documentation. Track project milestones and proactively follow up on deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Review orders, drawings, specifications, and project details for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate equipment installation and startup activities. Resolve issues professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records, reports, and project information within company business systems. Develop a working knowledge of company products, systems, and customer applications. Support operational improvement initiatives and daily business activities. Assist with customer visits, trade shows, and occasional business travel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Skills Needed Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge Required Understanding of project coordination and project lifecycle processes. Basic knowledge of manufacturing, industrial equipment, or operational environments. Familiarity with purchasing, scheduling, logistics, and documentation practices. Knowledge of customer service principles and professional communication. Understanding of business systems and data management. General mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment and machinery. Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge Effectively coordinate multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Apply mechanical curiosity and problem-solving skills to understand customer applications and equipment solutions. Build productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Support customers with a responsive, service-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience in project coordination, operations, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Experience in customer-facing or customer service roles. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or project management software. Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn technical products and applications.
