What You'll Do As an Evening Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to recipes and specifications. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift. Assisting the culinary team with food prep tasks to ensure a seamless dinner service. Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our high standards. Collaborating with team members to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a candidate who brings: 5 years of experience in a kitchen or culinary setting. Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of food preparation techniques. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
