Work hands-on with advanced lathes, mills, and Swiss machines while expanding your expertise. Join a team that removes roadblocks: car allowance, gas covered, company phone and laptop, and simplified reporting. What youll tackle Field service: diagnose, repair, and optimize CNC machinery. Installations and start-ups: bring new machines online and verify performance. Preventive maintenance: execute PMs and create practical PM plans. Customer enablement: resolve issues, train operators as needed, and provide sales support. Professional presence: represent Ellison Technologies ethically and reliably. Documentation: maintain accurate service records and technical files. Other related duties to support customer success. Travel & schedule Primarily local service within DFW Minimal overnight travel during the week No weekend travel Your background Comfortable setting up and operating CNC mills/lathes Experience with CNC or heavy equipment maintenance Core strengths Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance CNC Machine Repair CNC Machine Installation Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Maintenance and Repair Skills CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Spindle Maintenance & Repair Troubleshooting CNC Machines Technology youll touch CNC Mill (34 axis VMC) CNC Lathe (24 axis) CNC Swiss Lathe CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) CNC Lathe (5+ axis) Our promise At Ellison, were passionate about helping manufacturers win.
