Description
We are seeking skilled Prep Cooks to join our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for various dishes, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to execute recipes according to our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and contribute to the overall creativity of the kitchen.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Prep Cook in a high-end restaurant or similar environment.
- Must have availability to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
