We are seeking a licensed Client Service & Operations Associate who is organized, proactive, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. This position supports two experienced financial advisors with complementary working styles-one who embraces technology and automation, and another who emphasizes personalized, relationship-focused client service. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys learning new systems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

This position is primarily remote. While occasional in-person meetings, client events, or team collaboration may occur within the Bay Area, the role is designed to be performed remotely the majority of the time.

Responsibilities

•  Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account maintenance.

•  Prepare and process new account paperwork, transfers, beneficiary changes, and money movement requests.

•  Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and document follow-up action items.

•  Maintain accurate client records and workflows within our CRM and custodial platforms.

•  Monitor compliance-related tasks and operational processes.

•  Support both advisors with scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations.

•  Improve workflows through technology and process enhancements.

•  Deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

•  FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) preferred.

•  Experience supporting a financial advisor or wealth management practice strongly preferred.

•  Strong organizational and communication skills.

•  Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

•  Strong Microsoft Office skills and aptitude for learning new technology.

•  CRM/custodial platform experience is a plus.

•  Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
