Litigation & Employment Paralegal (US)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Litigation & Employment Paralegal to support the company's global employment law function. The role involves managing employment litigation, e-discovery, legal holds, M&A activities, and general legal support across multiple jurisdictions while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employment litigation trackers, legal holds, and custodian lists
• Support e-discovery, document collection, organization, and production activities
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, mediation, arbitration, and settlement matters
• Assist with employment-related M&A due diligence, integration planning, and employee transfer projects
• Manage project trackers, dashboards, deadlines, and outside counsel engagements across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years supporting employment/HR law and litigation
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Sound judgment with sensitive and confidential information

Compensation: $54,500.00 - $108,500.00 annually
