Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are seeking a Senior Campus Executive Chef to provide strategic leadership for a multi-venue culinary program serving more than 1,800 residents. Our community offers a vibrant lifestyle where exceptional dining enriches the resident experience, featuring Independent Living with seven restaurants across three clubhouses, Continuing Care with four dining rooms and one restaurant, along with a robust property-wide catering program.

This role drives operational excellence by overseeing la minute and high-volume food production while ensuring exceptional quality, innovation, consistency, and food safety. The Senior Campus Executive Chef inspires a culture of creativity, accountability, and hospitality while partnering with the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to advance culinary innovation, financial performance, talent development, and the overall campus dining experience.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with experience from $105,000 $120,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact:

• Champion a culture of operational excellence, accountability, professional development, and leadership across all culinary and dining services teams.
• Drive strategic initiatives that elevate the resident dining experience, enhance hospitality standards, and continuously improve culinary quality and service delivery.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term food and beverage strategies that support organizational goals, innovation, and continuous operational improvement.
• Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with all federal, state, and local food safety regulations, including Health Department and HACCP standards, while fostering a culture of safety and regulatory excellence.
• Provide executive oversight of financial performance through budget development, cost management, productivity optimization, and waste reduction to achieve sustainable operational results.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents through consistent engagement in dining venues, leveraging feedback to strengthen satisfaction, build trust, and enhance the overall dining experience.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
