ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a strategic-minded, creative-oriented Marketing Manager who will help us drive the acquisition, growth, and engagement strategies and tactics for our P&C Insurance products lines—Auto and Home Insurance. In this role you’ll help us create, execute, and track marketing/media plans—and supporting creative campaigns—that take the primary product features of these insurance products and turn them into clear, exciting stories for prospective customers. You’ll drive the go-to-market direction for our campaigns, optimize conversion funnels across channels, and turn market insights into high-impact results. This Manager position reports to the Director, P&C Insurance Marketing, and has shared responsibility for partnering with regional sales leadership to drive strategic product engagement, improve sales conversions, and deepen local market communication. This is accomplished through the execution of localized retail marketing programs across all regions of our AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) Club. Additionally, the role entails developing targeted local media plans, managing agency relationships, providing accurate forecasting to drive spend strategies that improve ROI and reporting performance results to senior leaders.

Ability to develop detailed product plan by region, and by channel to align local initiatives with broader corporate objectives Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to balance creativity and pragmatism Proven ability to navigate a high degree of ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives for various stakeholders. Financial Acumen: Comfortable in budgeting, partnering with key financial stakeholders, analyzing and reporting on a region’s overall performance and reporting to Director on an ongoing basis Industry-Specific Knowledge: Understanding of regional market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulations within the insurance and subscription based industries.
