Academic Program SpecialistThe Academic Program Specialist provides administrative support and manages a variety of academic and departmental processes for the School of Management. The position reports to the School Director. Duties and responsibilities include: general office duties; internship and recruiting responsibilities and duties; event planning activities and duties; student support; scholarship assistance; schedule, coordinate, and plan meetings; assist with faculty meetings; responsible for all recordkeeping and filing of required contracts and essential recordkeeping information; assist faculty as needed; and assist visitors to the School.Minimum Qualifications - 1. High school diploma or equivalent2. Minimum of one year of customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications - 1. Ability to work with all types of people2. Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft computer programs3. Organized in scheduling, record keeping and filing4. Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time5. Experience with DatatelDriving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibilityWork Hours - Monday – Friday8:00 am – 5:00 pmOpen Until Filled - Yes
