Are you a compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders? We are seeking experienced Psych RNs for a 13-week assignment in Bloomingdale, GA.

Position Details

• 36 Hours Per Week

• Day and Night Shift Openings Available

• Client Interview Required

Pay Information

Local RN

• $45.00/hour

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,656

Travel RN

• $20.00/hour taxable rate

• $413/week meals & incidentals stipend

• $749/week housing stipend

• Estimated Weekly Travel Package: $1,882

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric and mental health assessments

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Provide therapeutic and patient-centered nursing care

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress

• Support individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders

• Promote patient well-being through education, treatment, and advocacy

• Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral health management

Requirements

• Active RN License

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Psychiatric Nursing Experience Required

• Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) experience preferred

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health environment

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
