Working from our National Sales Support Center, you'll partner closely with loan officers, regional leaders, fellow Field Marketing Specialists, and corporate marketing teams to provide fast, smart, and practical solutions.Your job is simple: help the field win through exceptional marketing support.If variety energizes you and being helpful is your default setting, this role was built for you.What You'll DoExecute a wide range of marketing requests including graphic design, social media content, email creation, marketing assets, and onboarding materialsManage and fulfill requests through a centralized intake processConsistently meet service-level expectations while delivering high-quality, on-brand workProvide consultative support and coaching within MORE, our marketing platformServe as a trusted resource on brand standards, marketing best practices, and field engagement strategiesCollaborate closely with fellow Field Marketing Specialists, corporate marketing teams, and internal stakeholdersLead marketing onboarding experiences for new loan officersIdentify recurring field needs and recommend new templates, resources, and campaignsSupport the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of marketing content libraries within MORERecommend improvements to workflows, intake processes, and support modelsManage competing priorities independently while maintaining strong attention to detailUse AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency and service deliveryWho You AreA marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environmentsNaturally customer-service oriented and comfortable supporting sales professionals and regional leadersHighly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities at onceResourceful, adaptable, and energized by solving problemsCurious about technology and eager to incorporate AI into your workGrowth-minded, collaborative, and open to feedbackRequirements1-2 years of marketing experienceBroad knowledge of marketing disciplines including content creation, graphic design, social media, video, email marketing, or brand supportStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quicklyAbility to balance multiple requests, deadlines, and prioritiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldEven BetterExperience in one or more specialty areas such as graphic design, video editing, copywriting, email marketing, social media, or AI-assisted content creationCanva or Adobe Creative Suite experienceFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, or project management systemsCustomer service or support experienceMortgage or financial services experienceThe expected salary range for this position is between:$54,400.00 - $85,300.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
