As a Remote - Sales Account Manager in the Southern California area, you will be the first face our Dealers see, and the first voice they hear over the phone that represents ZLINE! Our Sales Account Managers are positive, upbeat people who value knowledge, customer satisfaction, and helping others. Sales Account Managers enjoy building relationships, making sales, staying competitive with their awesome team, and are excellent communicators. ZLINE’s customer experience is a top priority - Everyone hired on as a ZLINE employee will receive 30 days of customer experience training before moving into their respective department training. This training is proven to be the best way to learn product and company knowledge, which is applicable to every role within the company. Requirements Must be physically located in the Southern California area Ability to travel around 60%+ of the time to see out-of-town dealers is a must High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Management experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great organizational and follow-up skills Literacy with Mac OS computer systems Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Ability to be on the phone, email, and communicate for about 8 hours/day Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred Sales or Dealer relationship management experience Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new SKUs every quarter!) Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you Bilingual is a plus Key Roles Full Account Management and Ownership: Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales Patience and understanding of customer needs, ability to de-escalate when necessary Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners Identify opportunities to grow accounts Identify areas of improvement for accounts (both internal and external) Ensuring up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials Conduct training: virtual, in-person Convert Leads to Accounts Work from Home Office Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST with a 1-hour lunch Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST with a 30-minute lunch Compensation: Starting at $50,000+ DOE Benefits & Perks Available to all full-time employees after 90 working days Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance 401 (k) Match at 6% Flexible Spending Account Profit Sharing Professional Development Assistance Paid Time Off 7 Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave after one year of employment Ample Opportunity for Advancement, We want to see you grow!
