We’re looking for a Workshop Helper to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence. As a Workshop Helper, you’ll play an important role in supporting our team and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day:

• Assisting with general workshop tasks to support production.
• Handling materials, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project goals.
• Learning and assisting with woodworking processes as needed.

We’re seeking someone who is hardworking, reliable, and ready to contribute to our team. Here are the key qualifications for this role:

• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but not required. We value a willingness to learn.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably.
• Team Player: We work in small teams, so the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively is essential.
• Work Ethic: A positive attitude and strong work ethic go a long way in this role.
