We are seeking experienced Bilingual Production Line Leads to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment in Bloomingdale, IL . The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading production teams, driving performance, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production line employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Monitor workflow and address production issues in a timely manner.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment.
• Communicate production updates, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.
• Assist with staffing, attendance tracking, and team scheduling as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous experience as a Production Line Lead , Team Lead, or similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve production standards.
• Strong coaching, training, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a production environment for extended periods.
