Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS-2) Role Overview: A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS-2) presents a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics/Programs. The role combines clinical, administrative, and front-office responsibilities. Collect medical histories and manage testing/screenings. Record vitals and address health complaints. Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation. Document data, including referrals and reports. Prepare and collect blood and other specimens for lab analysis. Qualifications: Valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certificate with venipuncture skills. Proficient Spanish speaking is an advantage. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and embody AHF core values.
