Responsibilities: Safely transport dry cleaning orders to and from customers’ locations. Provide excellent customer service while delivering orders and addressing any inquiries. Organize and manage delivery schedules efficiently to optimize routes. Ensure all garments are handled with care to maintain quality and presentation. Assist in maintaining delivery vehicles and ensuring they are clean and well-maintained. Communicate effectively with the team regarding any delivery issues or customer feedback. Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving. Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in delivery or customer service preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed. Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service. Familiarity with the local area and navigation tools. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
