TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Laborer / Equipment Spotter for an oilfield services company in the Andrews, TX area. This position involves safely directing vehicles and heavy equipment, performing general labor duties, and maintaining a clean and organized yard.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to perform physically demanding tasks. Previous oilfield or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely guide trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment throughout the yard using hand signals or radios.
• Monitor surrounding areas for potential hazards and ensure safe equipment movement.
• Perform general labor and outdoor yard maintenance.
• Operate weed eaters and basic lawn maintenance equipment.
• Remove weeds, vegetation, trash, and debris from work areas.
• Assist with organizing, moving, and staging materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
• Assist with additional yard duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding general labor.
• Strong attention to safety and surroundings.
• Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and equipment operators.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Must wear steel-toed boots.
• Previous experience in general labor, oilfield operations, yard maintenance, or equipment spotting is preferred but not required.
