Steakhouse Server - PT

Job Details

Greet guests promptly and professionally and guide them through the dining experience from seating to farewell.

Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings.

Make confident recommendations and engage in suggestive selling while enhancing the guest experience.

Maintain awareness of pacing, timing, and guest cues to ensure seamless service.

Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).

Exceptional guest service and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
