Employee Excellence Analyst

Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Employee Engagement Program Manager (Supervisor I), the Analyst II serves as a district level analyst responsible for planning, delivering, and continuously improving District 7 employee experience initiatives. The incumbent promotes a positive and healthy organizational culture by researching, analyzing, and interpreting engagement and performance trends; developing and implementing internal communications and marketing strategies; and creating conditions where employees can perform at their professional best. The incumbent collaborates across divisions and with executive leadership to deliver employee engagement programming, staff development and learning opportunities, recognition and awards programs, onboarding and workforce development, recruitment and event engagement, and strategic direction performance support. Responsibilities Analyze engagement and performance data to identify trends and recommend actions. Develop and execute internal communication and marketing strategies to enhance employee experience. Coordinate and support employee engagement programming, staff development, recognition awards, onboarding, and workforce development initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑division partners to drive engagement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Hold a current Analyst II Classification examination score or alternative eligibility. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, internal communications, program development, or related fields.
