Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Clovis, CA.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:000pm; additional hours and rotating weekends as requiredJob ResponsibilitiesPerform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED or equivalentValid California State issued Phlebotomy LicensePreferred Qualifications:2 or more years of experience as a phlebotomistAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and EnglishAble to pass a standardized color blindness testStrong communication skills; both written and verbalProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionFlexibility to work overtime as neededAble to attend 2-week training in CaliforniaAt LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided with opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metricsPay Range: $23.00 - $33.00 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
