We are seeking a dedicatedFamily Medicine Physician to join our team in Buckeye, AZ. This full-timeposition offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care servicesto a diverse patient population in a community health setting.

Key Responsibilities :Provide high-quality family medicine care to patients in an outpatient setting.Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic andacute health conditions. Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in compliancewith policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensurecontinuity of care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accreditedmedical school program.
• Completion of an accreditedUnited States Family Practice Residency program.
• Board Certified in FamilyMedicine.
• Valid Arizona medicallicense.
• Valid DEA certificate.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of three years'experience in community health.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)preferred but not required.
• Competency in dealing withpeople of various cultures and social statuses.
• Demonstrated understandingof clinical methods and techniques.
• Basic computer efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonalskills and ability to effectively engage with clients, associates, and thepublic.
• Basic proficiency inbusiness English, spelling, and punctuation.
• Valid Arizona driver'slicense.
