Job Description
The Store Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This position focuses on supervising the team, managing inventory, analyzing sales data, and enhancing the overall store performance. The Assistant Manager also supports marketing campaign efforts and utilizes POS systems and inventory software to optimize store activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the store team to achieve operational goals
- Manage and control inventory levels using inventory software
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee daily store operations and assist in marketing campaigns
- Utilize standard POS systems for sales processing and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Experience with inventory management and sales reporting
- Effective communication skills
