Preconstruction Leader - Strategy & Estimating

MCL Construction

MCL Construction is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead early-phase estimating, budgeting, and strategy for complex projects in the Omaha area. You will partner with owners, design teams, and operations to ensure constructability and value-driven outcomes. This role requires a track record of leading preconstruction teams through GMP or final pricing, strong client-facing skills, and expertise with CMAR, Design-Build, or GMP methods.
