TempForce Badging Coordinator - 4-6 Month Term - Onsite, Nashville TN

Job Summary The TempForce Badging Coordinator supports core HR operations by verifying and updating employee and new hire credentials, job titles, and related employment data. Use spreadsheets to create and manage employee identification badges, ensuring accuracy and timely production. Deliver completed badges to various VUMC locations as needed, including occasional travel to Clarksville. This temporary assignment lasts 4‑6 months, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Responsibilities Assist with evaluation, assessment, and triage of customers’ HR needs in person, over the phone, or via email. Gather information and documentation to understand needs and identify HR issues. Provide accurate and timely information to leaders and SDT regarding HR policy application. Maintain data and systems used in the analysis of HR needs and ensure data availability. Work on special projects as assigned. Assist in development and delivery of communications and training programs. Participate in review and analysis of HR processes and procedures. Recommend process improvements and system enhancements. Ensure badge production accuracy and timely delivery. Qualifications 5 years of related work experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated capability to work independently after training. Reliable transportation for badge deliveries; mileage reimbursed. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with employee data. Experience in high‑volume administrative or HR environments. Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management.
