Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Real Estate Attorney in New York, NY

 

An established firm based in New York, NY with over 25+ years in practice is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role will focus on commercial litigation , including business disputes, contract litigation, and complex commercial matters , representing sophisticated clients throughout New York and the Northeast.

 

Offer:
Salary range: $120,000-$220,000+, contingent on experience
Performance-based bonus structure tied to exceeding 1,700 billable hours

Qualifications:
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission in New York
3-7 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters
Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and senior attorneys

 

Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses in state and federal court
Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex commercial disputes
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and deliver high-quality client service
