Our client, a well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm, is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level Attorney to join its growing team. While the majority of the firm's caseload involves commercial litigation, this role also offers meaningful exposure to real estate, corporate/transactional, intellectual property, and employment law matters, providing a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse mix of commercial litigation and transactional matters.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents.
• Assist with and handle corporate and transactional matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.
• Contribute to a collegial, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting litigation and transactional documents. Estate planning experience is a plus.
