Installer - Trailer Manufacturing

divh2Dump/Utility Level 1/h2pThe Dump/Utility Level 1 is responsible for cutting and installing decking lumber for trailer floors according to production specifications. This role also includes cleaning and prepping the trailer to ensure durability and compliance with quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, safe use of tools and equipment, and adherence to production schedules./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliCut and install lumber for trailer floors./liliAdhere to high-quality and control standards./liliPull trailers to the decking area using a Kubota in order of production schedule./liliCross-training in other production roles to support the team as needed./liliMust perform other duties as assigned./li/ulpRequired Skills/Abilities:/pulliDemonstrated ability to work safely and follow all safety rules./liliDemonstrated ability to accurately read a tape measure./liliExperience with tools such as drywall screw gun, table saw, jig saw, miter saw, and general hand tools./liliAbility to operate a paint spray gun./liliAbility to wear a respirator mask./liliAbility to drive a Kubota and operate a hoist./liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliMust be able to lift and or carry up to 50 pounds at times./liliAbility to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing area for extended periods./liliMust be able to bend at the waist, kneel, and squat, walk, climb up and down ladders/scaffolding, stoop, push, pull and/or carry materials./liliUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required./liliMust be able to work in hot or cold environments./liliMust be able to work in indoor or outdoor environments./liliMay be exposed to welding, grinding, paint fumes, and machinery noise./li/ulpWork Hours: Monday - Thursday | 7:00am - 5:30pm/ppPay Rate: $18-$20/hr/ppBenefits:/pulliHealth Insurance/liliDental Insurance/liliVision Insurance/liliBasic Life Insurance/liliSupplement Life Insurance/liliFlex Spending Account and Dependent Care Account/liliPet insurance/liliVacation and/or Sick time accruals/liliRain Instant pay (Can receive up to 50% of the pay you have earned before each pay period)/lili401(k) with Employer Match/li/ul/div
