We are seeking a reliable, caring, and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a permanent 45-hour-per-week case in Highland Park, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building lasting relationships and providing exceptional one-on-one care in a comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as needed.

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement throughout the shift.

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Provide medication reminders and support with daily routines.

• Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care.

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.

• Reliable transportation to and from Highland Park, NJ.

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

• Excellent communication and observation skills.

• Ability to work independently while following the client's individualized care plan.
