Front Desk/Receptionist for IACIntegrated Autism Center LLC. 29377 Hoover Rd Warren, MI 48093, USA.We are looking for an organized, multitasking, high-energy front desk/receptionist to join us full-time. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun!Position OverviewAs the receptionist, you will be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly in the center. You are a core team member, utilizing your multitasking, organization, and communication skills daily.You should have strong communication skills to stay in touch with the parents throughout the day.It will be critical for you to understand a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks quickly.The office is quite busy; at any given time, you may be checking in parents and their children, tending to phones, faxes, collecting necessary intake forms, and ensuring it is all done with a smile and accuracy.Job DescriptionWork at the front desk Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:15pm.Receptionist duties (answer phones, send/receive faxes, respond to emails, client check in/out).Scheduling (Create client/staff daily schedules, track cancellations).Cleaning Duties (keep lobby and conference room clean and orderly).Staff Onboarding (prepare locker/uniforms, review employee handbook with them).QualificationsNo criminal background.Excellent oral and written communication skills.ExpectationsProvide high-quality customer service to our clients.Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws.Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.BenefitsSalary: $17-$22/hr (depending on experience).Company-paid certification opportunities.
