Hours & Location for Nurse:

• 12 hour shifts. Flexible scheduling options!

What Nurses Do:

• Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
• Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
• Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions

What We're Looking For:

• Active License as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

As Kentucky's first (and only) Green House® Residence, we believe in a different kind of senior care. We base our standard of care on the personal relationships between residents and staff, getting to know each individual and caring for them as if they were our own family. To accomplish this, our staff to patient ratio is lower than most of our competitors, and CNAs typically have 12 or fewer elders to care for each shift.
