Reasonover Talent Group is currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper for a long-term contract engagement with a high-profile client located in Boca Raton, FL. This is an onsite position.Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys supporting day-to-day business operations and working closely with senior leadership.What You'll DoReporting to and supporting the Controller and CFO, responsibilities will include:Process and enter vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable activitiesAssist with basic bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliationsSupport preparation and processing of 1099s and maintenance of vendor recordsReview accounting documentation for completeness and accuracyAssist with expense tracking, coding, and documentationMaintain organized financial records and supporting documentationAssist with data entry and updates in QuickBooks and BillResearch and resolve routine invoice or transaction discrepanciesPrepare basic reports and spreadsheetsAssist the Controller and CFO with ad hoc accounting, administrative, and special projectsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious bookkeeping, accounting assistant, or similar accounting support experienceWorking knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general accounting processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working with ExcelHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential financial informationAble to work independently while supporting a small finance teamLocation: Boca Raton, FLSchedule: OnsiteEmployment Type: Long-Term Contract / TemporaryThis position is being recruited by Reasonover Talent Group on behalf of a confidential client. xhyhwjd Qualified candidates will receive additional information about the organization and engagement during the interview process.
