Senior Controls Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Controls Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving the development, installation, and commissioning of our plant systems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced plant controls and automation systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for control systems.
- Develop and specify robust control system architectures, upholding high standards for efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party engineering partners to meet project objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years in controls and automation engineering within industries such as food, chemical, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming and advanced HMI development, including platforms like Wonderware.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts, particularly Archestra.
- Extensive experience in designing process control panels and user interface specifications.
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments and CIP cleaning systems.
- Expertise in Wonderware MES,.NET programming, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong desire to collaborate and innovate within a team setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, with travel not exceeding 25%.
- Authorization to work in the US; US Citizenship or Green Card required. No sponsorship available.
