Benefits may vary by employment status Responsibilities Conduct or participate in quarterly quality improvement meetings, review data, identify trends, and oversee implementation of improvement plans Collaborate with the Branch Director in implementing quality improvement activities and corrective action plans Oversee and respond to external and internal surveys and audits within the assigned area, relating to quality of care and clinical KPIs, in collaboration with operations leadership Complete documentation and chart reviews to identify variances in standardized care and processes and determine areas for improved performance Hold case conferences to ensure oversight of care, coordination of services, and that standards are met Facilitate the development of performance improvement action plans based on available data (e.g., survey results, QAPI, clinical record reviews). Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; and developing, coordinating, enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards Ensure assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely in accordance with company performance evaluation procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, currently licensed in the state of practice and state of residence Less than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care Current CPR certification Must meet all agency requirements for pre‑employment as required by the company and/or State regulations Ability to use company documentation systems Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Capability to handle highly confidential information responsibly About Our Line of Business Adoration Home Health and Hospice, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, supporting patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
